Cory Hallett

Owner/Guide

Cory has always loved fishing! As a young kid, Cory spent a lot of time trout fishing on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge, Georgia. His parents live walking distance from the Toccoa River. It was almost a decade ago that he fell in love with fly fishing. His first trip out was on the Toccoa River, where he caught a tree, and fell in the water and filled up his waders. Since then, he has hired many, many guides, and put in the work to learn how to catch some fish. (He stills finds trees every once in a while) Now, he has a passion to share this incredible craft with others. Cory is all about creating an experience for clients to learn how to fly fish, while enjoying the beauty of nature. Oh yeah, and he likes to put people on lots of fish!

Luke Holm

Owner/Guide

Luke is a Georgia native, and has been fishing for as long as he can remember. Luke describes fly fishing as more than just catching fish. (Although, he is a fishy dude!) He says that fly fishing helps him relax, and find peace. He loves to help others experience the river in the way he has come to love. Luke sank his teeth in the guiding industry by working at Sasquatch Fly Fishing in Estes Park, Colorado. His boss at Sasquatch said this:

“Luke demonstrated strong initiative in both the retail shop and in the field as a lead fly fishing guide on trips. His ability to assess situations quickly and adapt effectively was crucial in his role as a guide; there was no task that Luke couldn’t handle.”
